Hello everyone! I have a fun class this coming Thursday that anyone can join.

If you are that person that always feels to TIGHT and don’t do well trying to stretch, well this class is for you. This class will teach beginning movements that are painless and trick your body into allowing parts to move that have not moved in a while. Flexibility seems to come easy for some people, but for me it did not come naturally.

When I injured my low back years ago, I lost all of my flexibility in my body. There was no exercise or movement that would give me relief, until I began to think differently. I had access to every type of instructor there was in the healing arts. Yoga, Pilates, Physical therapist, Chiropractors, Pelvic floor therapist and too many others to mention, and stretching classes just kept making it worse. My low back seemed like it would never heal. You see I had a disk injury, which many trained professionals do not truly understand unless THEY have had this type of injury. I had ruptured one disk and herniated several others. No books, schools or seminars will always teach you the right methods, unless they truly know this pain. If you have ever had a herniated disk in your spine, then you understand what I am telling you.

Along with chiropractic adjustments, massage, acupuncture and more did I heal my spine. That story is a book in itself. It took over 20 years, but the trick was; “keeping it maintained.” It seems that when it comes to stretching, there is no perfect way, only the way that works for you the individual. I have to always change what I do to keep my spine flexible and ready for the demands of what life ask of me.

You have to always change what you do to evolve.

In my office, I never give each patient the same stretch, its always based on what part is too tight and which part is weak. This is where you start.

This class next Thursday is the beginning of other classes I will offer to teach you which technique works best for you. Finding a routine is important and creates a lifestyle that always keeps you focusing on staying fit and in shape. Let’s face it, many of us will be alone one day with no one to help take care of us, it will be totally and completely up to you! Don’t wait until that day comes where you actually cannot function without help. If you want to know what I mean, just visit the closest nursing home and you will get a good idea of what I am talking about. That is why I have kept my Mom at 89 always changing her routine. Like she says; “if you don’t move – you rust.”

IF YOU find your health is something you are taking for granted, then no need to read any further. BUT if YOU are that person who wants to keep upright and moving for all the days to come, then click the link below. I am going to start sharing some of my most guarded secrets when it comes to routines. You will find that it is so simple, it seems like it will not work, until you go to move.

One quote I will always stand by is this;

“BLOOD ALWAYS FOLLOWS BREATH”

You will learn later what this means….

This is only the beginning of many routines that I have to show you. So, hang on to your seat, lift yourself off your couch and join me…
