How to Avoid Stress – 15 Steps to Avoid Stress

How to Avoid Stress

Avoiding unnecessary Stress

I write this today to remind us that stress can be avoided, but if it is absolutely unavoidable, than neutralize its affects upon you. With the right training it is possible, but it does take practice.

Are you ready for the practice?

Every month we offer classes, so this does mean you need to leave the confines of your home for the training. We have offered Zoom classes but it is just not the same, it is difficult to have interpersonal communications this way, because we are not robots (at least not yet) so human interactions help facilitate the training. With stress higher for most people and families these days, there comes a time when we must put our best step forward and address it before our bodies begin to break down and Stress overwhelms us. If stress overcomes you, your physical body will show the signs thru illness. You see from my personal experiences, we don’t just get sick, we don’t just have an “accident,” this all comes from our experiences and our emotional reactions to it. Day to day we can be exposed to more than our bodies can handle. We can say, “hey” it was that other guys fault or that person did this to me, that car ran into me! Are over me…(you know who).

Yes, those are legitimate answers – but those are not good enough for me. You see it’s those Universal Laws I keep speaking of, the laws that govern the universe that you and I live in. There is always a reaction to an action. Always a thought process and always a reaction to the thought. Those who remember the Orwell book 1984, they had the “Thought Police.” Think about that for a moment – thought police. Our mind seems to be the only place that we have privacy these days, but if we graduate to the Thought Police, our privacy is truly over. Thoughts do create an energy that is projected from a person and somewhere, someone or something will receive it.

Guard your thoughts wisely, what I mean by this is “police” your own thoughts, because this is the source of our emotional basis and our neurochemistry will adjust to whatever thoughts are present on a day to day basis. We can have certain negative thought patterns that we feel so comfortable with, we can actually become addicted to the emotion. The only challenge with this is sometimes we don’t always know what is playing in the back ground. When I say background, I mean your Sub-conscious, sub meaning underneath, hidden. There is always a little movie playing in the background, whether you are aware of this or not, it is there. Abandonment and Rejection are the two most common unbalanced negative thought patterns we all experience. In the office, this is what I test and look for everyday in patients. I like to make you aware of what movie is still active and playing in your mind.

So let’s discuss this for a moment. Your conscious mind is reading this email at this moment, but your sub-conscious mind is picking up a feeling of what you are reading, is this good for me or bad for me? All based on past experiences and the emotional connections you still carry. This is when you keep reading and decide whether Dr Price has lost his mind or not, and now I am removing him from my email list – or I keep reading. It’s a choice. Read more or remove because it does not fit into your own list of perceptions. The question is WHEN will you get it(that you are just reacting to past experiences), this year, next year, 10 years from now? Most scientist get recognition around 20 years after they are dead and gone, then we discover hey, maybe that guy was on to something! So let’s hope that those who are reading this – get it today!

Your subconscious is where all your feelings are located since you have been placed upon this earth. (We could talk about your Bio-field, but I will save that for another rainy day.) All your experiences good, bad and ugly are all there. We are constantly “feeling” for what is good or bad for us; food, people, places, things, etc. Our perceptions are what rules our life. The Hypothalamus gland is the gland in our head that is responsible for these perceptions. When we have a lot of stress that we are not handling well, this is the area that takes the “hit!” First you will see the Adrenal glands over react, then it is just a cascade of events that takes place next in the body to compensate; your thyroid, pancreas, pituitary gland and more all have to do their best to keep the body in balance. The adrenal hormones are so powerful, they super cede all other hormones, so this is why our hormones first get out of balance. Your immune system then becomes compromised. They work together but opposite of each other. One goes up (Adrenals) the other goes down (immune system). So dealing with your personal stress becomes a major challenge. In order to get your immune system back in working order, you MUST neutralize your stressors and reverse this process.

Over time, 3-6 months of this constant stress is when you see the Pituitary gland, Pineal gland and your Hypothalamus gland appear weak and out of balance. This tells me you have had it for awhile. That is why it is so crucial for you to immediately get yourself back in balance at all cost! Not tomorrow or next week – but now. It is those who wait are the ones that take the longest to heal their bodies. As soon as you experience a high stress day, you should immediately counterbalance it. Monitoring your stress levels is so vital today, especially with everything that we have been seeing around the world. Finding a way to release tension and relax the body becomes just as important as eating and drinking. You might be surprised how easy it really is to deal with stress, we just don’t think it’s that important until our bodies become weak and ill. It’s like another job at times, but making stress reduction part of your daily routine is how it becomes permanent.

The sad part of this story is (too many times) when I see patients and tell them what is coming and they say, yeah, I will deal with this later. They are too busy to put it into your schedule at this time because of work. Well guess what? Tell that to your body, when all the warning lights are on, it’s just a matter of time until your radiator burst or you blow out a tire because you are like a car. YOU must be maintained. Health must be part of our existence if you want to live a longer live than most are living now. There is a point of no return and you will find out sooner or later when that is, if you don’t listen to your body. Restrictions and tightness daily in your body are a good sign there is already too much stress unregulated in your body. Get a MASSAGE! Why wait, oh yeah my job is more important. There is not much work you be doing while lying in a hospital bed. I have had more patients than ever in the hospital in the last year or so, not from a virus, but from conditions that could have been easily avoided.

The second part of this story is what is most painful for me to watch. When a patient ends up nearly dead and is brought back to life again, watching them go back to all their old ways, work, work, work…..and forgetting what just happened to them. The Near Death Experience was not enough. Heck what’s one more heart attack, I can survive that again. Can you?

We are going to be seeing more and more blood disorders than ever before in the coming years. Heart attack, stroke, auto immune issues and more are already here. These conditions can be avoided and natural medicine can prevent you from ending up in a nice cozy hospital bed, but you have to take action! You have to make this part of your life, it must be part of your daily routine. Don’t fool yourself into believing different. A regular blood test will not provide you with enough data, you need more specialized testing to see where you REALLY are. I hope I am reaching you in this email, it comes from the heart. I truly care about all of you and your health. The natural world, and how it works comes easy to me, repairing an automobile does not. I lost my health years ago and vowed to never allow that to happen again. So with each key I type at this very moment, thinking and feeling what my body and mind needs at this very moment is crystal clear – is it clear to you? Are you listening to your body?

Steps to Balance and Avoid Stress

  1. CREATE A LOSS TO INVOLVE YOURSELF IN CONFLICT
  2. LOOSE THE ABILITY TO WORRY
  3. CREATE A BETTER ABILITY TO JUST LET THINGS HAPPEN RATHER THAN MANIPULATE THEM.
  4. CREATE A FEELING TO APPRECIATE LIFE MORE ON A DAILY BASIS.
  5. EXPERIMENT WITH ACTING SPONTANEOUSLY, RATHER THAN OUT OF FEARS FROM PAST EXPERIENCES.
  6. TAKE ADVICE FROM ELDERLY PEOPLE, THEY ARE NOT AS CRAZY AS YOU MAY THINK.
  7. STOP ALLOWING YOURSELF TO JUDGE OTHERS.
  8. EVERYDAY, ENJOY EACH MOMENT.
  9. LOVE OTHERS, REMOVE HATE FROM YOUR PERSONAL THOUGHTS, FEELINGS AND SPEECH.
  10. GIVE OTHERS NICE COMPLIMENTS, THEY MIGHT JUST NEED ONE AT THAT VERY MOMENT.
  11. HUG OTHERS, FORGET THAT YOU DON’T HAVE A HUGGING LICENSE.
  12. EXERCISE DAILY, EVEN FOR JUST 10 MIN.
  13. AVOID TECHNOLOGY AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE.
  14. NATURE, SPEND MORE TIME THERE, WE NEED IT AS MUCH AS IT NEEDS US APPRECIATING IT.
  15. LAUGHING OFTEN IF NOT DAILY. (HAVE WE FORGOT HOW TO?)

And the last note, tell your health practitioners how much you appreciate them, I always tell mine. There is nothing more rewarding than when a patient tells you thank you.
